When we increasingly experience the world through one or many disembodied self (Inalhan & Finch 2004); when we live in a world where relationships with people, places, objects, and companies are shaped by semantics and not only by physical proximity; when our digital identities become persistent even when we are not sitting at a desk and in front of a computer screen, then we are reshaping reality.
